Saturdays coffee & Sundays effort. I think I might be coming down with a cold or something, feeling all fuzzy and grey today. Have to get some work done later, but first soup and sofa.

Yesterday I started a portfolio redesign (not online yet, will tell you when it’s ready) – I need to get serious about finding a job/internship for autumn in Helsinki. Tricky when I can’t really do much about it as long as I am here and can’t go to interviews. But yes, autumn in Helsinki, I think.

It helps if you write deep thoughts.

Yes I am alive.

Here’s what happened in the last month:

• I worked insane hours before the final beoordeling, got very good grades, and offered a study place at Kabk. (to finish my BA here, but it doesn’t make much sense since I don’t have much left of it at Taik. Applying for the type&media on the other hand…)
• I got a flatmate now. It is nice to come home to someone.
• Jonatan, who is also studying at Taik, came for a visit from Antwerp. We had a dinner party where everyone talked about type endlessly and things appeared on fridge and bathroom doors.
• My mom came from Finland for a whole week of Easter holiday.
• Now I am back to working the usual twelve hour days… mostly on my typeface(s).
• Spring is far ahead here, there has been some t-shirt days and my nose is covered with freckles.

P.S. I booked my flight back to Finland. 12th of June, seems very very soon…
