Last day of summer holiday -walk, not summery at all. My old wrist worms, not nearly as lovely as Sandra’s. I think I want to knit myself new ones.

It’s the first day of school today. I am starting my third year, can you believe it?

I’m starting my third year too! I agree that it’s perfect to listen to stina nordenstam on cozy autumn evenings.

Hello, I just found your blog and it’s lovely! Just wanted to say hope your first week back at school went okay and I think your new hairstyle is ‘Beautiful’, and both my daughters are hairdresser’s so I should know!! :) My son just returned from Finland where he played on the England Lacrosse Team in the European Lacrosse Championships. alas I don’t think he got to see a lot of Finland because of all the games and it rained… a lot!! However he’s used to rain…it rains ALL the time where we live in the north of England!

of course, after reading this, i had to buy ‘Moominvalley in November’. went to helsinki tonight and thought i saw you walking somewhere between kallio and hakaniemi, could that be?

then i guess it was someone else, because the girl i saw was walking alone. But she had the same hairdo as you have now. By the way, if you know a good hairdresser in helsinki (or vantaa/tikkurila for that matter) please let me know!
